Job Descriptions

  • Partnerships: Proactively build and utilise relationships with key decision makers and influencers to find opportunities that can drive commercial outcomes. Following through to account management and project delivery of key partnerships.
  • Community: Manage and grow grass root communities aligned to the business
  • Events: Create and manage events 
  • PR: Build and manage media relationships to drive strategic value and coverage
  • Manage key clients and projects

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications (University Degree) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communication or similar
  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and positive leadership,
  • Confident, sociable, ambitious and flexible character,
  • An upbeat, well spoken team player who enjoys the random joys of working in a startup environment,
  • Technology savvy and fast learner, understand how the media works, and can use the media to promote our business in a positive way 
  • A problem solver who is always looking to help get things done.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and Bahasa. Able to simplify complex issues and build rapport with people from different backgrounds
  • Strong customer liaison skills & experience.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
